Founder's Vision
Favored Ministries was born out of a dance ministry team named "Favored" that Becky led. She needed the students to know who they were and how God felt about them so they could better minister through dance with confidence. That name carried throughout the years with her desire to see broken people restored. Becky always said she was God’s favorite followed by “ you can be His favorite too”. Additionally referred to as a teenage advocate she has been mentoring teens for over 20 years. Becky had a vision of a home for broken, abandoned teenagers and dogs alike. Her house was filled with teens often doing bible studies and playing kickball. She often took a group of teens to Christian concerts and conferences where Life Change started to become a reality for them. Many are now very successful adults that thrive in life. The primary focus is helping students find their identity in Christ, working through trauma with God's Word toward complete surrender to His will, residents in Pappa’s House when following the plan will also thrive in life.
